If you are running version 1.74 or later then click the link below to download the latest patch to upgrade to the current version.
Using the patch is much quicker and simpler than downloading and installing a complete new clikmemosetup.exe file as the patch is much smaller and you do not uninstall the old version.
If you are upgrading from a version earlier than 1.74, or if for some other reason the patch fails, then you will need to download a complete setup package (see the next section below) to upgrade.

Download the latest version of by clicking the link below. This will take you to the installation instructions page, from where you can download the setup file
After downloading, simply run clikmemosetup.exe to install. Do this on each workstation on your network.
If you are updating from a previous version and not using the patch program (see previous section above) then we recommend you uninstall the older version first. This will not cause any loss of user, group or message data, nor of your registration code.
In its unregistered form is fully functional but restricted to just three users and three groups.

If you have difficulty installing this can be due to problems with the Visual Basic Runtime Files.
Try installing these first and then should install without a problem
